Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of cleared payment, and the item will be protected with Bubble wrap. Once finished the packing process, we'll send you images so you will know what and how will be the package.

FOR LITTLE VOLUMEN AND / OR ONE ITEM PURCHASES:

* International ePacket WITH Tracking Number (Air Mail): is our primary and recommended option.

* International ePacket with NO Tracking Number (Air Mail): is a cheaper option but please realize we cannot be responsible of item lost or damages incurred by your local customs and post company.

FOR RESELLERS, MANY ITEMS OR BIG VOLUMEN PURCHASES: 

Please go to "Shipping Boxes" category and choose de BOX size you need in accordance with the items you are interested to purchase. Every BOX option describes the specification and limitation, and to verify the options and total shipping costs to your country, please check below.

We advise you to group your items in one order. Because we cannot always group two distinct orders, and shipping fees may apply to each order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Our system offers a preliminary calculation of the shipping costs. At the time of payment, if you notice that the costs differ from the price table shown here, you can:
1. proceed to complete the payment process with the amount shown at the system.
2. contact us (by Facebook clicking "Let's chat" on the right side of the page, or by completing the contact us form.)

In both cases, we'll recheck the shipping fees manually, and according to the confirmed costs we'll refund you in case of positives or contact you for complete the missing difference amount if there exists, or the full refund will be issued if you don’t agree with additional cost.

Returns

Once the item was shipped, we will no accept Returns. Please only buy if you are sure! 
One finished the payment process, please keep on touch checking your mailbox to receive images of the item and the packing process to be notify about all details.
